About: Isabella Roya Marzban

Isabella is a journalist/writer/filmmaker. She has worked on
short-from documentaries as a producer, cinematographer,
and editor. She acted as lead editor, co-producer, and co-
cinematographer for the documentary short Allensworth
Rising: A Fight For Water, which has been published by the
L.A. Times for their 2025 Short Docs lineup.

She has also worked on video shorts, social media
production, audio production, and both long- and short-form
magazine feature writing, as well as local news reporting for
publications on the East and West Coasts.
